Refund/Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Once orders are placed there are no refunds given.  Due to the handmade nature of my products refunds are not accepted. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


Shipping policy


-Please allow 3-4 weeks (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and made. Then another 3-4 days for shipping.  Items will potentially ship faster depending on the workweek.

-Due to Covid-19 processing time may be longer, I will communicate with you if this is the case. There are shortages in certain tee colors, as well as delays with USPS. We apologize greatly for any inconvenience!

-If an item needs to be made sooner, please send a message prior to ordering to ensure I can accommodate your need by the requested date. Extra fees may apply.

-All orders will then be shipped via FIRST class USPS mail (3-5 days).

-All orders can be upgraded to PRIORITY class USPS mail for an additional charge (add it during checkout, 2-4 days).


-You can track your order by visiting

-Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).

-Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the site from the time you receive your tracking information email from our team.


-Should you not receive your package, please contact me at to assist you in locating your order.


-If you are local to Cushing, ME and would like to pick up your order you are more than welcome to! You will have 14 days to collect your order.  After 14 days I will send a shipping invoice. 

- If your order is in the bin for 90 days I reserve the right to remove your item for resale.  Money will be refunded to you minus a 50% restocking fee. Custom orders will NOT be refunded. 

-If you need your order shipped, you will be invoiced for shipping. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a message with pickup information.


-We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

-Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.

-Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered."

-You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

-If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
